Ian Atkin is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and owner of Chicagoland Appraisers LLC and Wentworth Real Estate LLC. Ian is also a full time investor and lecturer on short sales, foreclosures and property valuation. He is an experienced rehabber with multiple single family rentals, predominantly in the south suburbs of Chicago. |

Joseph Bianchi has been a General Contractor for over 11 Years. His experience has been mainly rehab of Government buildings and private commercial work. Joe started the business when he was 18 and has worked hard at building it ever since. In 2003 Joe started investing in Real Estate part time. This included buying properties to rehab and sell on the retail market. He has taken this business and focused on making it very successful. Currently Refined Properties operates in two states and buys approximately five properties a week. Joe has also purchased several businesses which operate in Illinois and Indiana adding to his investment portfolio. Joe has been a featured speaker at several Real Estate Investment clubs, as well as a Presenter at the 2006 College of Real Estate Investor Knowledge. Joe currently serves the SSREI as Vice President. |

Elaine Kayhan's interest in real estate was sparked by working for her family's credit reporting agency from an early age. Since then her interests have branched into helping people prevent foreclosure by collaborating with Ian Atkin as a short sale processor. She also has experience in negotiating reinstatements and forbearance plans for individuals facing foreclosure. Elaine is currently working as a loan officer/Quality Control manager at NCS Mortgage Corporation. She also purchases and brokers mortgage notes from note holders who need a lump sum of cash right away. Elaine is grateful for the people that have helped her learn about real estate and is excited to impart all that knowledge and love back into the community with SSREI. |

Tina Kayhan is a real estate investor with extensive background in finance and credit. She comes to us with many years of marketing and sales together with the knowledge of loans, credit reports and creative financing.
