About Us

The SSREI was founded by a small group of Real Estate investors who got together and realized that there was a need for a club in the South Suburbs. After several discussions with many local investors we thought it would be a good idea to organize a club and meet on a regular basis. Being the first club of this nature in the area, we held our first meeting and were overwhelmed by the response. With little time to prepare, and very little marketing we were able to attract over seventy five people to the first meeting! Thus proving the need for such a club. We have been faithfully meeting every month since then.

Since the club was founded we have held meetings discussing all different areas of Real Estate investing. From lease options, subject to, rehabbing, property valuation, short sales, and many other topics. This has proven itself to be a very valuable resource to the local Real Estate investors, from brand new to the most experienced.

Above all, I think the most valuable part of the club come from the networking. During our monthly meetings we have structured networking sessions for people to meet others who are active in the same activities. This allows sellers to meet buyers, and information is shared openly during these times. You will build relationships that will last a long time. All concentrating in the Real Estate field.

One of our most popular features is the constant challenge to make yourself better. We focus on goal setting and training. In creating and keeping your goals you will be much more likely to achieve them!
